International shipping

Your order will be prepared and dispatched within 24 hours. During Sale season this period may be extended to 48 hours due to the volume of orders. The delivery timeframes are dictated by our shipping partner FEDEX. Shipping usually will not take more than 7 working days. Shipping to Asia usually takes 3 working days. Shipping to Europe usually takes 6 working days. For International parcels, customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes are likely to be payable. The payment of these rights and responsibilities is the responsibility of the customer.

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your shipment at FEDEX.com

Return within 30 days

Lulu on a mission accepts returns of unused items by mail within 30 days of delivery. The delivery fee of the return will be covered on customer side. Make sure the return conditions specified below are met. We advise that you check your order upon receipt. If there is an issue, please contact our customer serivice.

We can not accept returns 30 days after you have received the items. Items must be in original selling condition with all tags attached.

The following items will NOT be accepted:
- Incomplete, damaged, worn, altered and washed or anything Lulu on a mission reasonably believes has been used.
- Panties, bodysuits that have been tried on in direct skin contact.
- Discounted or sale items.
Returns that do not comply with the return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Exchanges

You can only send an item back to the warehouse for a return and refund. Your money will be refunded automatically as soon as your package is received. You will receive an email confirming the refund.
